Support

What to include
Section titled “What to include”Help us help you faster:
- Your company name: so we can find your account
- Description of the issue: what’s happening?
- What you expected: what should have happened?
- Steps to reproduce: how can we see the issue?
- Screenshots: if visual, show us what you see
Response times
Section titled “Response times”We aim to get back to you within one business day. If something takes longer to resolve, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Office hours
Section titled “Office hours”Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm GMT
We monitor for urgent issues outside these hours.
Urgent Issues
Section titled “Urgent Issues”For urgent issues affecting your hiring process:
- Email support@protu.io with “URGENT” in the subject line
- Include a phone number for callback if needed
- Describe the business impact
For Candidates and Employees
Section titled “For Candidates and Employees”If you’re a candidate or employee with questions:
- First, contact your company. They manage your access and can usually resolve things quickly.
- For privacy or data concerns, email support@protu.io directly.
Privacy and Data Requests
Section titled “Privacy and Data Requests”For data access, deletion, or portability requests (GDPR Article 15), email privacy@protu.io.
We respond to all data requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
Feedback & Feature Requests

We read every request and will let you know if yours makes it onto the roadmap.
