For technical issues, account questions, feature help, bug reports, sales enquiries, security concerns, or anything else, reach us at support@protu.io.

Help us help you faster:

  • Your company name: so we can find your account
  • Description of the issue: what’s happening?
  • What you expected: what should have happened?
  • Steps to reproduce: how can we see the issue?
  • Screenshots: if visual, show us what you see

We aim to get back to you within one business day. If something takes longer to resolve, we’ll keep you in the loop.

Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm GMT

We monitor for urgent issues outside these hours.


For urgent issues affecting your hiring process:

  1. Email support@protu.io with “URGENT” in the subject line
  2. Include a phone number for callback if needed
  3. Describe the business impact

If you’re a candidate or employee with questions:

  1. First, contact your company. They manage your access and can usually resolve things quickly.
  2. For privacy or data concerns, email support@protu.io directly.

For data access, deletion, or portability requests (GDPR Article 15), email privacy@protu.io.

We respond to all data requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR.


Email support@protu.io with “Feedback” in the subject line. Include what you’d like to see, why it would help, and any context about your use case.

We read every request and will let you know if yours makes it onto the roadmap.
